Road boards may get county surplus dollars under bill

Legislation currently in the state House of Representatives would allow county commissions to use property tax revenue to fund road projects. May 2 is deadline to apply for dust control program

A new online system is being launched for the public to report and avoid potholes as the pending warmer weather is expected to usher in problems on the roads when temperatures fluctuate between freeze and thaw.
