Western routs Tecumseh, 52-18; faces Novi tonight

Walled Lake Western opened the 2012-13 season with a 54-18 victory at home over Tecumseh on Friday, Nov. 30.

The Warriors led 30-10 at halftime and never looked back, as Western’s Brooke Scwandt led all scorers with 14 points.

Erickah Woods had 12 points and 5 rebounds, and Jayla Nichols had 10 points.

Maddie Schram also had 6 steals for Western, which will host Novi tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 5.
