Unlocked Sunfire with keys in ignition stolen

 A 1999 Pontiac Sunfire was stolen from the 6000 Block of Ellinwood in White Lake Township sometime between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20.

The vehicle was in an attached garage which had an open side door. The Sunfire was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition, police said.

According to White Lake Police Chief Ed Harris, there are currently no suspects in the case and the vehicle has been listed as stolen. The case remains open pending additional information or the recovery of the vehicle.
