Milford police officers responded to a bank robbery that occurred around noon on Wednesday, July 11 at the Community Choice Credit Union on South Milford Road near General Motors Road.
According to Milford police, the suspect entered the bank and passed a note indicating he was armed. No weapon was seen and no employees were injured during the robbery.
The suspect fled on foot north from the location and took an undetermined amount of money from the credit union.
He is described as a white male, approximately 40 to 50 years of age, 5-feet-10-inches tall, 230 pounds, and wearing shorts, a black shirt with a white T-shirt underneath, tennis shoes, and dark sunglasses at the time of the robbery.
The suspect’s hair was described as dark black and distinctive.
