13-year-old says she was assaulted at club

Walled Lake police recently were alerted to a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) incident that allegedly occurred earlier this month at Club Inferno, located at 1172 N. Pontiac Trail.

According to Walled Lake Police Department reports, the victim’s school counselor lodged the complaint, stating the 13-year-old girl disclosed being groped while at a birthday party on May 7. The teen had already told her mother, who was following up with club management.

Apparently while on the dance floor late in the evening, the girl was grabbed from behind under her clothing, below the waist. She pushed the perpetrator away and immediately exited the dance floor. She didn’t see the suspect’s face.

The victim found out that a few kids at school had heard of the incident and she feared being teased.

The mother told police she knew nothing could be done criminally, but she wanted the case documented.

How much longer are we going to let this stuff continue? Underage girls and losers in their 20′s add up to big trouble for these so-called teen clubs. These teen girls are in here sipping energy drinks spiked with vodka or whatever else the 20-something boys can sneak in while they learn “the game”. It’s a disgusting cycle that appears to be supported by walled lake government. This is not a legitimate place of business. Close it now!

A 13 year old is at a birthday party “late in the evening” at a club? Really? I just can’t believe the things some parents let their children do. When my girls are 13 they aren’t going to be anywhere but at home “late in the evening”.

Contrary to the 1st comment….. Walled Lake well as the Walled Lake PD have been fighting for many years now to get this place shut down, with little to no luck. Nearly all of the kids who frequent the place are nothing but hood rat trash from Pontiac, Flint and Southfield areas, well as their hood rat friends that now live in Eagle Pond and all the other apartments down on Pontiac Trail. I say leave it open so the local police know exactly where to find all this trash, and can slowly arrest and lock them all up as they continue to create problems.
