Waterford man arrested for larceny from vehicle

White Lake Township police arrested a 27-year-old man Waterford Township man for alleged larceny on Sunday, April 24.

Around 3:10 a.m., four witnesses reportedly observed the suspect attempt to gain entry into Dread Core Productions at 3952 Ormond Road. Failing to do so, the suspect allegedly attempted to break into several vehicles.

While he failed to get into a 2008 Ford F-150 or a 1994 Buick, the suspect had success breaking into a 1994 Cadillac from which he allegedly stole a cell phone and cassette tape player.

When police arrived, they found the man getting out of the Cadillac and arrested him.

He was scheduled for arraignment on Monday, April 25, after press time.
