From Susan Williams, Highland Township:
On Tuesday, May 3, there will be a special primary election for the Oakland County Board of Commissioners seat in District 2. At a time when many citizens are fed up with politicians, Brian Howe is offering voters a unique alternative as a candidate in this race. Brian’s experience in government hasn’t come from being a politician. It has come from teaching United States government to high school students for more than 20 years.
He will bring an expertise in the principles of government to the board that many politicians do not possess or fail to put into practice. Brian isn’t seeking public office to serve himself; he is interested in serving his constituents. He isn’t part of the old boy network; he’s more like the guy next door. He wasn’t recruited or hand-picked by any individual or political group. Please visit his campaign website at www.howe4occ2.com to learn more about Brian and his qualifications to serve the residents of District 2. Exercise your right to vote on May 3 and join me in voting for Brian Howe.
