Waterford Township police continue to investigate a breaking and entering incident in which a handgun and $1,500 in cash were taken from a bowling alley.
On Thursday, Jan. 27, police officers responded to Lakewood Lanes, located at 3121 W. Huron Street, on a breaking and entering complaint. A cleaning person discovered the business had been broken into by a person or persons who removed a window air conditioner.
According to police reports, the perpetrator ransacked the office area, making away with $1,500 in cash, as well as a 9-mm handgun.

WTF is a bowling alley doing with a 9mm handgun stored in it ???????
FYI….. Do a Google or Yahoo search under “Commercial Real Estate For Sale” and you will quickly discover this building is “quietly” up for sale, with NO FOR SALE SIGN in front of it…. Quincidence ???? Ahhh…… NO, I think not !!
